We're glad you're here! InnovXplorers is a non-profit aimed at making 21st-century skills accessible. We teach in fun and engaging ways free of cost! We're looking for passionate teen volunteers for the following roles.

Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:

Create posts, stories and memes for our social media handles

Time Commitment: 3 hrs/week

All designs should match our brand theme

Mentors
Mentees who sign up in our platform will be matched with mentors as per our protocol. Mentors have to help students with their project, details of which will be shared in advance. Also, mentors get a chance to host InnovEvents.
We need mentors for the following fields:

Coding Expert

Designing Expert (includes both 2D and 3D)

Electronics Expert

Start-up Expert

Others

Website Manager
Responsibilities:
-
Create and publish webpages on Wix
-
Resolve bug issues when reported
-
Update events in our site

Outreach and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
-
Manage all our social media handles, including LinkedIn and Instagram
-
Manage public relations, seek cross-promotion from other organizations
-
Create email campaigns and work on user acquisition & retention strategies.

Operations, HR and Events Management
Responsibilities:
-
Human Resources: Keep track of all activities along with volunteer hours among the team. Recruit members when needed.

Events Management: Assess the event ideas submitted by mentors. Plan and coordinate events. Reach out to potential speakers for our events.
